Who can open a PawUltra trade account?
UK businesses and sole traders buying for business use or resale can apply. Trade pricing and ordering require an approved account.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
Can I browse without a trade account?
Yes. Browse a curated preview before applying. Submit your trade application to explore the full catalogue; trade pricing requires approval.
Are trade prices shown with or without VAT?
Trade prices are shown ex VAT. VAT, delivery and the order total should be clear before an order is placed.
Can PawUltra ship directly to my customers?
Yes. Enter your customer’s name and UK delivery address at checkout, and we can send the order straight to them. Direct-to-customer orders are packed in plain, unbranded cardboard boxes, with no PawUltra logo on the outer packaging. Standard courier labels still apply, and you’ll see the delivery charge before placing your order.
